By ordering my commission, you agree to the terms outlined below.
I reserve the right to decline an order if I feel uncomfortable with it or if it does not comply with my terms.

If there is a deadline, set it or ask the artist first before ordering (it may affect the acceptance of work)
Default file detail: 3,720 x 5,262 px - .PNG 350 dpi, RGB (You can request for a specific file size) If you want a PSD file, please tell me before starting the work (may have additional cost)
Do not claim the work to be yours or plagiarize the work. (You can put my Twitter account @llumos_99 / Bluesky account llumos99.bsky.social or Llumora as a credit)
Please brief the details clearly and use reference pictures to ensure consistency between the client and the artist, reducing the need for corrections.
This is the starting price, which may increase based on specific details. Additionally, this cost does not include the background.

The payment is made (100% or 50%) after I send the sketch or color sketch phase.
There is no refund if the client cancels an in-progress commission (After sketch process)
If the artist cancel the commission, the client will receive a full refund.
If the artist can't complete the commission by the deadline, the client will receive either a full refund or the agreed-upon terms.

Coloring and details (My work takes about 1-4 days up to 1-2 weeks depends on the details)

Free edits are provided for mistakes on my part or for minor revisions.
You can request up to 3 free edits. If there are multiple sections you would like to change, please list them all at once to minimize additional charges.
If you require more than 3 edits or request changes that deviate from the original brief, a fee of 5-10 USD will apply for each additional correction made.
Once the commission is complete, only minor revisions are permitted.
